Fifth is when you experience that you are drunk at work, school, etc. Up to the point that you could not fulfil your responsibilities. Sixth is when you feel emotionally upset, need to calm yourself and the feeling of anxiety, you find yourself reaching for alcohol. Seventh is when you drive drunk or even involved yourself into any activity that caused you harm.
