The staff of four full-time therapists and one physician employs a “holistic” approach where the mind, body, and spirit are treated as a whole being. Their belief is that the body will heal itself once the source of addiction has been purged from the system, but a strong mind and committed spirit are what will get the addict through the rest of his or her life.

Treatment services include chemical dependency and co-dependency education, individual and group psychotherapy, random urine screening, participation in self-help groups (Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Al-Anon) on-site and in the patient’s area, and aftercare planning. Since family involvement is important to a patient’s success with recovery, the center offers an intensive family education program as well as counseling before, during and after treatment.
