Reflecting On Alcohol Abuse- Saving Yourself From Addiction And Health Related Risks For Alcohol Consumption.

There are two categories for alcohol consumption. The first one is for social drinking and the second one is the addiction which is the known self destructive behavior. This alcohol abuse is the habit of the person to drink alcohol on a regular basis that the liquid already becomes the primary focus of the person in his or her life. Event the personŐs food, friends, and family already become secondary importance and it really creates a big issue. The abuse to alcohol makes the person over dependence to alcohol and even his physical and mental balance is already affected. The sad thing to this is because this kind of abuse has disastrous effect. When the person has this attitude of alcohol abuse, he or she is in fatal condition. Let us take for example in the case of alcohol addict that is teenager.

This record is from the US study that there are approximately 30 percent of the college students that linger in the alcohol influence. Youths are in massive craze about alcohol beverages and this would later on result for alcohol addiction. They are being vigil not only to their close friends but also to their parents and family circle. The most common alcohol abuse symptoms include redness of face, blackouts, unconsciousness, weight loss, tingling sensation in the hands and in the limbs, slurred speech and dizziness. For the mental symptoms, it includes irritability, uncontrolled danger, avoiding places that do now allow consumption of alcohol, over sleeping or insomnia, unable to quit the habit of drinking despite the efforts, emotional outbursts such as abusing, unbridled anger, weeping and more.

This would lead for near fatal effects for the health of the person that is addicted to alcohol. The worst of this is that it gives rise to other diseases such as liver inflammation, higher possibility of cancer occurrence, erectile dysfunction and even heart problems. For pregnant women that are addicted for alcohol, it may lead for birth defects to their child. Of course, having a cool drink is not bad most especially if it is just for refreshing. Having a stressful day at work and making wine as a relaxant is a good idea. However, alcohol abuse is a different issue. It could kill a person in different ways most especially if the person is overusing alcohol. His or her health is at risk and we may not know when the organs in his body will shut down.
