Alcohol & Drug Recovery Centers

Alcohol & Drug Recovery Centers Are The Best Solution For Alcohol And Multiple Drug Users.

Alcohol & Drug Recovery Center services are available to people struggling with all sorts of substance addiction, from alcohol to hard drugs. The services are also appropriate for people who may have abused drugs in the past and are trying to lead drug free lives. Others who will find ADRC programs relevant are people worried that their alcohol and/or drug use is getting out of control, those on probation following abuse of alcohol or drugs, those who desire to live alcohol and drug free lives and people who because of their alcohol or drug use, find themselves entangled with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Outpatient services are given for people who feel strong enough to go through the treatment program in the same environment they are used to.

Patients receiving these services generally stay at home and attend the center for counseling and other treatment routines. They can also choose to live in a local supportive residential program where they are placed in residence with people who have similar needs. Alcohol & Drug Recovery Centers provide a range of services aimed at helping the patient recover from drug and alcohol abuse and lead a healthy life. They include residential services, inpatient detoxification, outpatient counseling and employment support. The initial treatment persons receive on contacting an ADRC center is inpatient detoxification.

Here, a medical assessment is carried out to determine the extent of damage. One then receives the necessary medical, psychological and social support to safely end drug use. Referrals are given to support the new, drug-free lifestyle. Residential services offer rehabilitation, where patients can live without drugs or alcohol away from everyday pressures. Following full recovery, support to rejoin the workforce is given to individuals who are eligible. The process involves assessment, referral, case management, conducting of work classes and finally connection to employers.
